        <![CDATA[After a year of wonderful service, Clickcaster.com is no longer responding to WSLR News' needs. Since being sold to Nexplore, it has been difficult or impossible to post to the site, e-mails for help have been ignored, and the site has gone down for days with no explanation.<br /><br />The WSLR News podcast is too important to allow it to be compromised.<br /><br />Two ways to get to the new podcast site:<br /><br /><a href="http:www.wslrnews.libsyn.com" title="WSLR News Podcast">www.wslrnews.libsyn.com</a><br /><br /><a href="http://www.wslrnews.org/">www.wslrnews.org</a><br /><br />I did not want to change sites, but Clickcaster has given me no options. I was up until 3:30 a.m. Thursday night trying to post the news to Clickcaster. It just would not allow me to upload. I had to be at work at 5 a.m.<br /><br />Getting one-hour sleep, because of Clickcaster put my frustration into action. I have had to change sites. Even calling Clickcaster at 303-785-1751 elicited no response.<br /><br />It's shocking that a podcast hosting site with 250,000 subscribers would treat its customers so poorly. I can only hope that my cancellation goes smoothly. Given its recent track record, I doubt it.]]>
