I did not want to change sites, but Clickcaster has given me no options. I was up until 3:30 a.m. Thursday night trying to post the news to Clickcaster. It just would not allow me to upload. I had to be at work at 5 a.m.

Getting one-hour sleep, because of Clickcaster put my frustration into action. I have had to change sites. Even calling Clickcaster at 303-785-1751 elicited no response.

It's shocking that a podcast hosting site with 250,000 subscribers would treat its customers so poorly. I can only hope that my cancellation goes smoothly.
