<itunes:summary>Boulder Free Radio (KBFR) broadcast live in studio bands from 2001 until the beginning of 2005 when the FCC shut down the station. During that time, hundreds of bands played live at KBFR. Here we'll post the recordings of those bands over the coming months. Big files, long uploads, so we'll do this over time, but worth checking out. Some of the best local bands in Boulder and Colorado played at Studio Free. And, all live, in honest pirate radio fashion. KBFR is gone, but Free Radio and it's spirit live on.</itunes:summary>
