Episode 51: We've Lost Contact

The Sisters Davenport regret to inform you that their intertubes have been broken in a horrific "turning around" accident. You know how it is, Klaude gets all excited, starts singing along with an a cappella cover of Bonnie Tyler's 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' and shatters all our intertubes. Unfortunately in attempting to fix the intertubes she left some tools out for Emmett to trip over and our recording cylendars were smashed into bits. Accept our most clumsiest of apologies for this sad news; we will endeavor to return next week, stronger, better and 100% more intertubier at which point we will provide our promised "judging albums by their cover art" program.

In case you want to reconstruct the shattered remains of our ~~dignity~~ playlist for the evening we will provide it below. Even through our clumsiness we remember to transcribe our doings. Won't that help to make amends?

Episode 33: Floating Listlessly

Tonight finds the sisters in the wilds of Africa... the Calpurnia has been grounded temporarily, due to being caught in a bad storm in the Atlantic. Klaude had to hire several carpenters to repair a hole in the hull, and figure out how to remove sand from the engine. Emmett commandeered a lovely steamboat, called the Queen of Sheba, while they wait for repairs.

Poor Reverend Jynxx Midnite of the Phantom Frequency just can't cut a break, can he? For the second month now the Darling Davenports invade his program and amuse/confuse his regular guests with their unique brand of strange Neo-Victorian programming. As the Davenport sisters made their escape two other girl dj's seem to have snuck into the station, and stayed around to play music and bother Reverend Jynxx. He really can't get a break.

Here we are celebrating St. Valentine's Day. Emmett is being 'Little Miss Mopey Bloomers' as her fiance, Rupert Wormwood, is locked away in an asylum and Klaude attempts to cheer her up, along with Phineas P.Moneyload. They regale her with Steampunk Pickup Lines, Lessons in Communicating with a Fan, and of course, another installment of Klaude's Botched Inventions. Alas, in all of the excitement, no one remembered to make sure the recording device was switched on, but you can see what was played during the show.

They're here to amuse and beguile with their first proper radio broadcast from aboard the Airship Calpurnia. These adorable steampunk adventurers face their first annoyance with mortal enemies CLANNG when poor Emmett's microphone is suddenly and horribly silenced!
